Over the last 6 years my work has been in both the private and public sector. In my private practice I see people with a wide range of personal issues whilst running along side that I have worked in the public sector specialising in working with women who were in or who had been in violent and abusive relationships. In addition to this I have worked with groups of young mums and young people who have suffered abuse, substance abuse and self harm.

Prior to and during the early part of my psychotherapy training I worked for a major multinational organisation as a trainer and facilitator. Focusing particularly on organisational development, personal effectiveness and people management at all levels within the organisation.
More recently I developed and delivered training about domestic violence to the police, education, health care professionals and professionals from the voluntary sector.

Current projects include developing courses for personal insight and growth within a context of wholeness that allows for suffering as part of the journey rather than something which restricts the individual to its narrow confines.
